Strategy Analysis

Wednesday, December 7, 2016 -
5:30pm to 8:00pm

Key things books don’t tell you - but should.

Please join us Wednesday, December 7th at the Travelodge for an informative and entertaining evening of Key things books don’t tell you – but should!

This in depth look at Chapter 6 of BABOK V3 will open the eyes of veteran and novice Analysts and Project Managers alike. It will unveil several areas where organizations struggle with maturity in a way that impacts the very processes they are trying so hard to leverage. Lack of focus, internal politics, bad behavior, unrealistic expectations and a lot more can derail the simplest of projects. Thankfully the savvy Analyst can avoid and curtail these behaviors by analyzing the enterprise.

This night of strategic analysis will be delivered by Howard Flegel. Howard is a Business Solution Specialist in the Information Technology & Security Department at SaskPower and an Instructor of the Business Analysis Certificate Program at the Career and Professional Development, Centre for Continuing Education, University of Regina.

With over 37 years of work experience, Howard is a passionate, feisty, dynamic speaker with tons of hands-on strategic and operational experience working in large scale organizations. He has anchored a number of key roles during his career: Business Analyst, Solution and Enterprise Architecture, Release Management and Quality Assurance. He delivers fast paced, loud, to the point and often funny presentations on a variety of Application Lifecycle Management and System Development Life Cycle Topics.
