2026 AGM, we are very excited to bring you, our esteemed IIBA members and non-members, a very special evening that melds our Annual General Meeting (AGM) with an exclusive dinner and speaker session by Robert Tolentino from Paradigm Consulting Group, our proud sponsor. Join us at AGM 2026 for an insightful session, Off Ball Skills are BA Skills, where we explore how Business Analysts can create impact beyond traditional responsibilities.
This will be an extraordinary opportunity to network with fellow members over a well-prepared meal, while gathering firsthand experience from an inspirational guest speaker.

Event Details:
Date: September 21st
Time: Starts at 5:30 PM - Wraps up at 7:30 PM
Venue: Watson Room in The Atlas Hotel, 4177 Albert St, Regina, SK
Cost: $5.00 for members and 15$ for non-members

While BAs often focus on requirements, processes, and solutions, some of the most valuable contributions happen “off the ball”—through strategic thinking, influence, and decision-making. In this session, attendees will explore how core BA skills connect to real-world scenarios, including game theory and problem-solving techniques such as KPDH, the Three Doors problem, and the Prisoner’s Dilemma.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how analytical thinking supports better decision-making and delivery outcomes. The session will also examine concepts like “fit, form, and function,” connecting them to successful outcomes—much like producing a box office hit.

Join us at AGM 2026 to expand your perspective, strengthen your strategic mindset, and discover how BA skills can be applied in broader and more innovative ways.
